Note: We are a business to business supplier of table bases, tabletops, bar stools & dining / bar / restaurant tables and chairs.

1. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK DIMENSIONS BEFORE ORDERING.
2. UPHOLSTERY / WOOD COLOURS WILL SEEM DIFFERENT ON THE COMPUTER SCREEN.
3. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL METAL/CHROME SUFFERS FROM MINOR ABRASIONS AND FAULT LINES DUE TO THE SHAPING PROCESS. THESE ARE NOT DAMAGE SPOTS, BUT ARE CAUSED BY THE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND CANNOT BE AVOIDED.
4. WOOD MAY HAVE GRAINS THAT ARE OF A DIFFERENT COLOUR. THESE GRAINS ARE NOT DEFECTS AND CANNOT BE AVOIDED.
5. PAINTED WOOD WILL ALWAYS SHOW MARKS AS PER THE RAW WOOD ITSELF. PAINT IS ALSO LIKELY TO CHIP AND SCRATCH EASILY. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS CANNOT BE AVOIDED.
6. TABLE BASES ARE MADE OF CAST IRON AND THEREFORE WILL HAVE A ROUGH FINISH, EXCEPT FOR CHROME, SATIN CHROME, BRASS AND CERTAIN ALUMINIUM FINISHES.
7. IF WE HAVE UNDERTAKEN ANY “SPECIAL FINISH” FOR A PRODUCT, THE COLOURING IS PURELY TO OUR “STANDARDS”.
8. AS THESE ITEMS ARE NOT MANUFACTURED BY US, WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER ANY DESIGN CHANGES THAT THE MANUFACTURERS MAY DECIDE IF REQUIRED. IF 100% ACCURACY TO THAT OF THE MODEL ILLUSTRATED IS REQUIRED, PLEASE STATE THIS AT THE TIME OF ENQUIRY/ORDER AND WE CAN ADVISE OF ANY CHANGES.
9. ALL OUTDOOR FURNITURE PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO WEATHERING. REGULAR MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED. SOLID WOOD PRODUCTS WILL REQUIRE OILING TO KEEP THEM LOOKING FRESH.
10. GOODS WILL NOT BE DESPATCHED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, EITHER BY BANK TRANSFER OR CREDIT / DEBIT CARD OR CLEARED CHEQUE.
11. COMPLAINTS, IF ANY, SHOULD BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE GOODS WHICH WE HAVE DESPATCHED TO YOU AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THEM.
12. RETURN OF GOODS ORDERED: NO RETURNS POSSIBLE UNLESS GOODS ARE INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED. CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. THEREFORE, PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE CORRECT ITEMS ARE ORDERED. IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE, WE CAN ONLY REPLACE THE DAMAGED ITEM AND CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
13. PLEASE NOTE THAT PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. HOWEVER, WE WILL CONFIRM PRICES AT THE TIME OF ORDERING.
14. DELIVERY FOR ITEMS IN STOCK IS APPROX. 3 to 14 DAYS. FOR NON-STOCK ITEMS, DELIVERY CAN TAKE APPROX. 4 TO 6 WEEKS.
15. GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: PLEASE NOTE, PACKAGING / BOX THE ITEMS ARRIVED IN SHOULD BE RETAINED FOR INSPECTION BEFORE ANY CLAIM CAN BE PROCESSED. ANY GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT WILL BE REPLACED FREE OR CHARGE. HOWEVER, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
16. MOST FURNITURE WILL BE DELIVERED FLAT PACKED, ESPECIALLY TABLES, WHICH REQUIRE ASSEMBLY. NO TOOLS SUPPLIED.
17. COMMERCIAL FURNITURE STOCK LEVELS CONSTANTLY CHANGE. IF YOUR ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK WE WILL ADVISE YOU OF LEAD TIME & ANY ALTERNATE MODEL AVAILABLE FROM STOCK.
18. DELIVERY TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES IN MOST PARTS OF UK MAINLAND IS £69.00. ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES WILL APPLY TO CERTAIN PARTS OF SCOTLAND AND LONDON. WE’LL CONFIRM THIS CHARGE PRIOR TO PROCESSING YOUR ORDER.
19. DELIVERY VEHICLE PARKING RESTRICTIONS AND DELIVERY VEHICLE SIZE (I.E. VAN, 7.5 TON LORRY, ARTICULATED LORRY) RESTRICTIONS SHOULD BE NOTIFIED AT THE TIME OF ORDERING. FAILURE TO INFORM US WILL RESULT IN DELAYED DELIVERY AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES BEING ADDED TO YOUR ORDER TO COVER COSTS.
